Tickets

Ticketing Information

Purchasing directly from the RiverPark Center Box Office or Ticketmaster — either online, by phone, or in person — ensures your tickets are valid and guaranteed for entry. Avoid third-party sellers, who often charge inflated prices and may issue invalid tickets.

Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend securing your seats early for the best availability.

When attending an event, each guest should have a physical or digital copy of their ticket ready. If you’re using a mobile ticket, please have it downloaded and ready to present to a Guest Services representative for scanning upon entry. Be sure to hold on to your ticket throughout the duration of the event.

Will Call

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window beginning two hours prior to the event. The customer must present a valid photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket. Tickets will only be released to the person whose name was provided with the ticket order. RiverPark Center is not responsible for unclaimed tickets.

Re-Entry

Re-entry is typically not permitted at a ticketed event.

Ticket Refund/Exchange Policy

In the event that a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information will be immediately sent out on our social media channels and on our website. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase. Please contact the box office at 270-687-2770 for more information.

Scalping or selling tickets at or near the venue is prohibited.
