Touring shows are selected based on availability, name recognition, curriculum connections, and artistic or cultural value.
Reservations
- Reservations can be made by contacting Matt Waller, Director of Education at mwaller@riverparkcenter.org or 270-925-9976.
- All seats are $6 — this includes students, teachers, and chaperones
- Financial aid is available
- Each show has two performances: 9:15am and 11:30am
- Due to high demand, you’ll only be contacted if your selected performance is sold out
Before the Show
- Study guides will be emailed to teachers one week before the performance
- Seating is assigned based on:
- Age of students (Pre-K and Kingergarten sit on ground level if possible)
- Keeping schools together
- Order of reservation
Arrival & Check-In
- Upon arrival, please remain on your bus until instructed to enter
- A RiverPark Center representative will greet you on the bus and give you a slip with your bus number — you’ll need it at dismissal
- A staff member or volunteer will guide your group to your seats
During the Show
- Enjoy the performance and help maintain a respectful environment for all attendees
Dismissal
- At the end of the show, remain seated until your school and bus number are called
- Staff will escort your group to the appropriate exit
- Please be patient, as dismissal takes time due to the number of students attending
Lunch
- Limited lunch space is available by request only
- Reserved for schools traveling a long distance — must be arranged in advance
