Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns or exchanges.
If a show is POSTPONED or RESCHEDULED for any reason, all tickets will be honored for the new date. We will contact all ticket holders with new date information. RiverPark Center will not be responsible for missing or incorrect contact info, and encourages patrons to visit our website for up to date announcements.
If a show is CANCELLED full refunds will be issued, not including ticket fees.
Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket.
Please note that many of our events are not appropriate for young children. We do not recommend that anyone under the age of 12 attend performances, unless that performance is specifically geared toward that age range. Please respect the experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child. The Box Office can help to determine if a performance is appropriate for your child.

Third Party Ticket Purchase Policy
We cannot be responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorized third parties.
Your tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
We cannot guarantee that your tickets are valid and cannot guarantee admittance.
You will always pay more than face value.
We cannot contact you with information regarding time changes, show cancellations, road closures or other information.
We reserve the right to revoke tickets sold to a broker or unauthorized third party. If you are holding a revoked ticket, you will not be admitted and will not receive a refund.
The only “safe” sites for ticket purchasing are RiverParkCenter.org and TicketMaster.
Theatre Policy
Cameras, audio, video and digital recorders are not permitted in the theatre. Guests using these items may be ejected without refund. Cellphones should remain in pockets/bags during the performance out of respect of your neighbors and the performers.
Weapons, explosives, and items that are not permitted by the Artist/Producer, if brought upon property, may result in Guests being asked to remove items from the property. If Guest does not comply with returning item to vehicle, Guest will be asked to leave the building without refund.
Late seating is determined by the Artist/Producer. In some instances, if you arrive after the show begins, you may be asked to wait until there is a natural break in the act before going to your seat.
Performance times and cast members are beyond our control and are subject to change without advance notification.
Outside food and beverage is not permitted in the theatre.

Photo/Video Consent
Patrons of RiverPark Center may have the opportunity to be photographed or video taped during various events. These photos or video may be included for RiverPark Center publications or advertisements, including on our website and various social media sites. To ensure privacy, specific names of individuals will not be included, unless previously discussed. No financial compensation shall be given for use of any photographs or video.
I acknowledge that RiverPark Center may choose not to use my photo or video at this time, but may do so at its own discretion at a later date. RiverPark Center reserves the right to discontinue use of photos or video without notice.
By entering RiverPark Center as a patron and guest, I consent to and authorize the use by RiverPark Center, or anyone authorized by RiverPark Center, of any and all photographs or video which have been taken during events.
