RiverPark Center is a remarkable achievement and we have much to celebrate. It is the region’s gathering place. Last year, more than 200,000 people attended nearly 800 events at the center – astounding! New festivals and events including Winter Wonderland, launching Broadway tours (i.e. 42nd Street, Doctor Dolittle), coupled with our outstanding arts education programs (serving 50,000+ children) are what makes RiverPark Center so important to our region.

RiverPark Center received only 14% of its funding in Fiscal Year 2004 from government sources, while most performing arts centers received government subsidies up to 40 percent of their budgets. Private dollars, including those received through Annual Membership Campaign gifts, are extremely important. Without financial assistance from friends like you the center would be unable to continue to offer the high quality entertainment, cultural and educational programs for our community.
