Thank you for considering RiverPark Center to host your event. We will do everything we can to make your event a success.

RiverPark Center features 6 different areas that can be rented for receptions, dinners, luncheons, dances, meetings, seminars, etc.

	Lobby: The Lobby area has windows on the North side that overlook the Ohio River and an outdoor plaza. The lobby can be set up for 300 people seated at 5’ round tables. The lobby is an ideal setting for a wedding reception, formal dinner, or company reception.
	The Jody Berry Cabaret Theatre: The Jody Berry Cabaret Theatre has windows on the North side that overlook the Ohio River. The Jody Berry Cabaret Theatre can be set up for 200 people seated at 5’ round tables. It has hard wood floors and is ideal for events that will have a DJ or Band with dancing.
	Holbrook Balcony Lobby: The Holbrook Balcony Lobby has a walk-out terrace that overlooks the Ohio River. The Balcony Lobby can be set up for 75 people at 5’ round tables. It is an ideal spot for a small wedding, reception or dinner.
	Field Founder’s Room: The Field Founder’s Room is a small room that can be set up for 50 people at 5’ round tables or can be set up for a formal board meeting. There is an outdoor courtyard adjacent to the Field Founder’s Room that is ideal for a luncheon or a small wedding ceremony. This room is very versatile and is used for small receptions, dinners, meetings, seminars, etc.
	Cannon Hall: Cannon Hall can accommodate seating for approximately 1500 people in the auditorium. This area is ideal for a large company meeting, seminar, speaker or a performance. The Cannon Hall stage can be used for dinners or workshops and can accommodate 200 people.
	Woodward’s: Woodward’s has been recently renovated to be a Multi-Purpose room. There is a small stage area that can be used for a speaker, DJ or small band. Woodward’s can accommodate 75-100 people.

The rental fee schedule for each of the areas is available upon request. The rental fee is based on a 4 hour event time. There is no charge for early set-up and decoration by caterers and/or florists. All food must be catered by an approved caterer except the wedding cake and punch. A bar can be set up with RiverPark Center providing the bartenders and alcohol.
